The hot springs were amazing and provided a relaxing experience after working all day. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, including traditional Japanese dishes, and was a great way to start the day. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by mountains and nature.

I had the best traditional room with Futon beds, which was such a unique experience. the Onsen baths were definitely the highlight of the trip, I enjoyed them so much and they were up to the Japanese standards. the breakfast was good too, and it's always a big plus to have a polite staff.

The hotel was a bit outdated and in need of a renovation, there were some minor wear and tear issues. the in-room menu was confusing due to the lack of English translations, and some corners in the bathroom were overlooked during cleaning.
